Learning english

Learning english at university has been a goal not to easy for me. At school I haven’t good teachers especially in latest years. Besides English wasn’t a priority for me those years ago. I regret of that. English has become to be the principal international language.

So, every english subject has been a hard work for me but a very positive experience to learn more and more. When we work in blogs, I can see the big knowledge difference between me and my mates but I think I have progressed a lot despite the difficulties.

Mainly I have to improve my verbs knowledge, in present, past and to talk in live to other persons and tourists. This coming vacation will be an excellent opportunity to practice without the academic pression.

Outside the English class I’m  using English to understand better my favorite series and movies in Netflix,  even if they are subtitled. I like to understand more every day, so, not to have to read too much and enjoy the original sound of them.

For instance, Star Wars has an espectacular original sound and picture, so been reading subtitles  I think is a lost of time!. I hope near in the future to can watch them almost without reading subtitles.

I live on a touristic neighbourhood full of hotels, hostels and bed and breakfast, so i’d like to talk and help them in every question that they can do me on the street and it will be so nice to give them good tips about places, restaurants and chilean culture.
